Animal control officers rescue a dog stuck in a storm drain in Kentucky

Officials with the Lexington-Fayette Animal Care Control were called on Sunday to rescue a Husky dog that was stuck inside of a storm drain when concerned eyewitnesses saw the poor dog who for unknown reasons fell into the storm drain.
The Husky who is male was rescued is named Sebastian was the punchline of the Animal Care & Control Officer Jai Hamilton that the dog wanted to meet the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The best part of this story is that Sebastian was after he was taken by the animal control rescuers to an animal shelter where Sebastian was reunited with his owner the same day.

That's something very nice to hear that Sebastián was united with his owner. My elder son rescued our pet dog from a drain too when he was puppy.

@Deepizzaguy It was an open drain next to my house and somebody had dropped him. It was a very cruel of whoever had done it.

I guess the Husky must have fallen into the storm drain by entering through an opening somewhere near the drain.
