Notes On Hank Williams Sr. & Lost Potential

This morning I've been watching a music documentary about Hank Williams,Sr. His catalogue of music is very slim,due to his tragic death at merely 29 years old. Even so, the documentary surprisingly had some music from him I'd never heard. My heart still breaks for the lost potential of the man. I think his addictions robbed the world of so much. Have you heard Hank Sr?

I know who he is; but I'm not familiar with his music. Many of our great artists were taken too young...Jim Croce, Karen Carpenter, Cass Elliott and more.

Yes, I am. My late grandfather used to play some of the real old time country singers, and he was one of them.
