Seriously, I'm one to listen to A LOT of underground music, and I have to admit, even though it's their "big break" I feel like when artists move up in the world and make the oh-so over-rated music video, they're kind of selling out. Just an opinion...but I'd like to hear what you think about it.

I like Christian music. I get really irritated when bands like POD and Relient K who have written songs that are to me, blatantly Christian and about God, and then MTV plays them and they get a following. I don't have as much of a problem with them being popular. I just get really irritated when someone goes, "Oh they are Christians?" It's not that the guys try to hide it, but people are just stupid.

lol, I understand what you mean. They're getting followings for all the wrong reasons. The media will do that to ya.

Tottally agree with what you say ... the music they make after getting famous is what public wants not what they orginally wanted ... partly is because of different record company and contract that make them give in i think .... That is why i surrport Japanese visual kei bands , they are more original and themselves .... one word to describle is "Unique"

OH THANK SWEET LEAPING JEBUS!! I'm not alone. lol. I love the music when no one knows them. So raw and passionate. It's all fru-fru'd and edited once it hits mainstream...I'll take some acoustic over edited anyday.
