The media should be more careful in highlighting criminals

Recently a criminal in Rajasthan was shot dead by his own rivals at his own home. The national tv channels in India have high lighted his killing and are questioning why he wasn't given police protection which he had asked for. Now is it the duty of the government and the police to protect a criminal or the common man from the criminals? Don't you think that the media and the government should try and nab his gang that he was leading to commit different crimes? We are living in an unsafe world I think aren't we?

That's right but the media is trying to glorify his killing.

No doubt the number of criminals are increasing all over the World. They and their families know that they can use the media to gain sympathy.

There is a limit as to how far we can go to protect people from themselves.

There's no point in crying for the life of a criminal and murderer who has killed and looted many. Such people shouldn't be protected.
