Crisp and soaked in sugar syrup jalebis are a real treat for those with a sweet tooth One needs a bit of practice to make them at home. The recipe is simple but I must admit I was never a success I normally buy them from a store close by. They should be fresh as they tend to turn sour if kept for many days. @allknowing Funnel cakes are sweet batter that is fried. Thin sweet batter is poured over each other. Then once it's done being fried it's plated with powdered sugar. Some people put fruit on top of that or other things they may like on their funnel cake. Typically found in US Carnivals/Festivals.
