...said. I just want to vent out what my company's technical support told me. I experienced a power outage for about half an hour tonight. I was asking her to open my open slots since the power was restored. According to her, they will be deducted for not telling her so soon. She is so unreasonable. I questioned her about why she was going to deduct the two open slots from my salary since there are no students booked. Besides, it is not my fault for experiencing unscheduled power outage. This is too technical for me and I suppose power outage may not be considered to be a reason for them to excuse you. It is your bad luck.

I do not mind if they feel that way. I just cannot see the logic for doing so though. Unlike with the other company, I can just give them a proof that unscheduled power outage happened and they excuse it right away.
