Then she found a house and we sent my daughter to look at it. It was a 4 bedroom and it was very spacious. The house had fleas and the air conditioning unit needed repair. we put an offer in with some stipulations. We wanted the house exterminated and the air conditioning unit fixed. he said no. Then we moved on. The next day my wife found a house online that was just listed. We called the real estate agent and set up another appointment. my daughter went and face timed us looking at the house. We liked it and I called the agent. We told her we wanted to put in a full offer. Then the agent suggested asking for some closing money back. They accepted the offer. Then the house inspection. final part coming in next post
