Plastic bags and stuffing....

I see all the warnings about not allowing your children to play with plastic bags due to danger of suffocation....I keep my fiberfill in plastic bags because it is convenient for not only keeping the stuff clean but together and easy to get to for stuffing the bears.
Of course the cats claw holes in the sides of the bags so I don't have to worry about them ever getting in and suffocating...but they do tend to crawl in for a nice warm and cooshy nap. Freya is the worst of the pair. I hit it lucky today and caught her while she was digging in the bag to make her nap nest. She heard the computer camera go off and she had to take a peek...how can you get upset at a face (and tail) like hers?
She just realized that I am posting about her and she came out of the bedroom she made and is going to the food bowl to make her experience much happier.

I had to work hard at getting it. Each time I got it lined up she would shift positions and you couldn't see her on the picture. She's up in her bed in the dining room window where she can peek out on the people coming and going...I know when it's the grouch next door because she gets down and comes and sits in my lap until he has gotten on the elevator and gone downstairs. After he has gone she will go back to her favorite perch.

That is one adorable photo, My cat Sid in Latvia always loved crawling into plastic bags it never did him any harm, My cats now are not even interested in crawling into boxes, That is a photo of Sid sitting in one of those bags. Glad for the memoriy.

Sid is darling in his bag!!! Freya loves both bags and boxes, I'm never sure what I'll find in either when I reach into one of them. I had to hide all the big bags of fiberfill in the storage unit until they are needed because I worry about her and her fixation with them....that is unless someone is working outside the apartment.

It's funny because she loves being comfortable while Petey loves laying on "lumpy" stuff like teddy bear joints, shoes, and even pins and needles. I've given up trying to figure the pair of them out and just enjoy them both.
