Got the mail...

...which wound up being two things that went into the garbage. At least there were no bills.
After that I went to someone's house that lives on the next street over, and played ball with his dog for a little bit.
After that I came home and got back on line.
Hope you've had a bit more excitement in your life and mail that wasn't just bills or that you had to throw away!

That happens to me on occasion, too. Sometimes I check the mail the next morning just to make sure I didn't miss it.

I didn't get any mail since middle of last week (and we don't have Saturday delivery). There won't be any mail service here until at least Wednesday.

No excitement here. I made brownies with my ten year old friend. I send half home with her.
