Today I had cabbage curry masoor dal and rice. Cabbage grow well in Bengal in winter. My mother cooks it with peas and potatoes and it tastes good. Masoor dal is one of the popular lentils in India. It is eaten with rice.

I love masoor dal with garlic tadka. We add garlic and green chillies for it's tadka. I love it
