I was somewhere where a person offered another person a pot smoke,and when I questioned him he said it was legal and no different then offering a friend a drink, am I in the wrong for saying anything ,they are both over the age of 21 Also he wasn't selling it

Yes if it is legal we can not say anything about. Some of that stuff that they smoke smells really bad.

It is not legal in my country to do this. He will be imprisoned.
