Packet with no wrapper

I have been buying through Amazon in for years and this is the first time I have got my packet with no wrapper nor the bill Just a label on the packet with my name and address
I need the soap badly and so I cannot return it but I will surely complain. I do not what action they will take.
Disappointed with Amazon in

It has happened with me a couple of times. It seems that they do ship things in their original package at times to avoid extra wrapping ( they say it's saving environment avoiding the extra wrapping). I was surprised the first time when I received my joggers track in a clean transparent packing. Next time it was a set of stationary items. Well, it might not be okay with certain thing that I don't want the world to see.

@arunima25 They gave me a refund but once again I got my toothpaste. I have written to them saying I do not want a refund but this practice must stop

@allknowing Soap is still okay. They sent my joggers track pant in transparent pouch and that was acceptable. But I would not appreciate if my lingerie comes in transparent pouches

This is something that Amazon has been doing in the US for a while: if they can ship the item in its own packaging to save money, they might. We've received work pants from them delivered in the same clear plastic bags they come in from the factory. Most of the time the item says it ships in its own packaging that might reveal the contents, and we can choose to ship it in Amazon packaging at checkout if we want it to be more secure. I hope they have the same option available for you so you don't have to worry about something like this happening again in the future.

I received yet another in a similar fashion. I told them that I do not want a refund but they should stop this practice.
