Roasted Tomato Gazpacho Soup

I just want to share to you this ingriends I hope you like it..
These are the Ingridients of Gazpacho Soup
15 Roma tomatoes
1 red bell pepper- roasted, peeled adn diced
1 cucumber - peeled and diced
1/2 red onion, diced
3 tablespoons chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 12-ounce can tomato juice, chilled
Split tomatoes, dizzle with a small amount of olive oil and roast at 350 F for 25 minutes. Let tomatoes cool, remove skin, chop coarsely reserving juice and chill. Place next 5 ingridients in food processor and chop finely (do not purse). Combine with tomatoes, reserved juices,olive oil, vinegar and tomato juice (to desired consistency). Adjust salt and pepper, id necessary. Chill combined ingridients 1/2 hour.
PRESENTATION: Split mixture evenly among 6 bowls, add garnish and serve.
OPTIONAL GARNISH:
Sliced avocado, a dollop of guacamole, or sliced cucumber.
