it's all about the tone in your voice, that's why it's important that we learn how to control the tone. i have to admit that sometimes, i lose my temper very easily and speak in an agitated tone which might resulted in harsh words being exchanged and arguments. the same word used in a nicer tone will actually gives a very different effect.

Yes, one should know to control his tone as one sentence can be expressed in many way's by different tone's.Same sentence which looks nice at low voice might look harsh...rude also when put in loud voice...isn't it? so, as you said, one should control his tome while talking to different kinds of people...isn't it?...just for example..say "I love you" to the person you love in different tones and just see how he reacts...

What...do you also agree with me..thanks for that? each sentence can be said in different tones isn't it? tone makes athe major difference here and one should be able to judge in what way he has to express it on different occassions and on different people here...isn't it?
