Cooking Competition TV Shows / myLot

I like watching cooking competitions on tv. I like those by Gordon Ramsay, many of the Food Network competitions, and more. Right now I am binge watching Guys Grocery Games. Aside from the twists of the game. I cannot think of anything that I cook that I could shop, make, and plate within the 30-minute time limit. For example, what is your signature dish? Would you be able to make 4 plates of that dish, after shopping for the ingredients, and then plate it all in 30 minutes? I don't have a specific one signature dish, but I have many that I would say could fill the bill. But not one of them could be made that quickly. Most take several hours either in the oven or on the stove top. What is your signature dish? Could you go on Guy's Grocery Games and win with your signature dish?

I like the Food network show, Worst Cooks in America. Those contestants go from wretched to perfection in what seems like such a short amount of time.

My family thinks that I am a good cook with anything that I make.. I would never want to be on any TV show.
