How I Deal With My Anxiety/Mental Health ! What About You ?

So I usually just listen to music the best without words are beatstrumentals , jazz, classical jazz & i listen to rain sounds & certain meditation sounds... I watch movies to escape my reality for a bit and kinda just look at other people lives fiction or not to know things could be worse and that Im really blessed! I tune into Bible stories to remember everyone didn't get a chance to live this life so live in the purpose and before you know it all the problems in the world won't matter before long just make the best out of it. Just some methods to take the fear away but I still have to get over the fears and not too much be alone have a balance ... Mine is more so being around big crowds & stuff but it's weird because I can be social & non social at the same time probably depending on the vibe of the setting & of the people .. How do you cope with your mental health ?!

I try not to be put in any situation where I might have anxiety.

Lol yea without being labeled stuck up people most times assume that when u don't socialize it's like I rather be home anyway when I go out

I did not initially recognize that I had it until I reached a point where I was unable to control it. However, I realized I needed assistance, so I saw a psychiatrist. She gave me some medication to help me deal with it, and things have improved since then. I am not well yet since I can still feel it coming from time to time, but I am able to detect it coming before it becomes worse on me. So for now, I have learned to control it and manage it to stop it from taking over.

Good sleep helps too, in my case I play rock music and dive in the deep sea as a deep sea swimmer.
