Bell Bottoms

Looking back I now wonder why on earth I even owned a couple of those bell bottom pants. May be I was just a trend follower I normally do not follow trends but must confess I did that when it came to bell bottoms
I do not see them these days but even if they are back I will not go for them again. I see nothing fashionable about it
Are you fashion conscious?

I have never been but I did get the treatment in Marines. In 90''s my friend in Japan, male mind you so kind of helps with story. Bell Bottoms, he liked 70's music and in the Marines if higher ups say something, not much you can do to challenge it, he was destroyed for wearing bell bottoms.
My story was my hair was receding, still not bald yet but in Marines I used to grow it out as long as I could I would slick it back to make it look shorter. I eventually got destroyed but that was deserved. There is rules. Bell Bottom, my homie did not need that.

Not a happy story about bell bottoms
Many grow their hair when their hair starts to recede and with that too you had issues Sad to know that

@allknowing Yeah its devastating, especially when a pretty young lady goes are you going bald? I showed my driver license when had full hair and she even freaked me out bartender, lady was like knock it off you making me uncomfortable. I am not bald but hair does not grow right have to shave to make it look presentable. Life sucks, aging sucks but we roll through the punches.

I was quite fashion conscious when I was young. Now, I put priority on comfortability and prefer classic design.

I own a pair of pants that are kind of like that. If the legs weren't to long I might wear them. The good thing about them, is the ankle is wide which helps me get my foot through, but the leg is too long so it drags when I try to walk.
