Aerobic Stair Step

Just got my new aerobic stair step to strengthen my legs and hips so I can easily climb stairs again. I have not needed to climb any stairs for over 8 years so my muscles have atrophied during that time. I have lost over 80 pounds over the past 3 years but in the past 1 year I have plateaued into a 6-8 pound range where I go up and down in that range but never lose anything more. Adding more exercise while strengthening my leg, hip, and lower back muscles will make a ton of difference. Especially if and when I get the house I am hoping to buy.

I never heard of this,sport is healthy,but i'm too lazy to do.Because i have no motivation to perfect myself.

I do not believe it is a sport. It is an aerobic exercise mostly. I need it to help me regain strength in my legs so I can climb stairs again, I am not trying to perfect myself. I am trying to live.
