Hard to believe how quickly how much time has passed. It's time for me to streach, get up and give George one of his meds. It'll also be time for me to give him two out of the four tube feedings he gets a day. I think It'll be good. I also think I either need to invest in a new desk or table, or figure out something to use my office. I stopped using it on a regular basis because of my back. I had forgotten about that until recently.

I hope you figure out how to help you back, Perhaps a special support pillow or something, If you have a table to work on perhaps this might help give you some ideas,

@kaylachan I figured it could save you some money instead of looking for new desks and tables

My back has started screaming at me again, but I was thankful I took the break.

I hope you will have enough of a break to do some gentle stretches. Honestly reading this reminded ME to do some, so thank you!

Once we get busy, time flies. I always feel that the day passes so quickly and so many things still stay incomplete and spill over to the next day
