So, I have no clue what to do with this new phone. I thought it would be the same as my last phone, but it's not. I have no clue how to activate the thing, and I can't call anyone because I don't have a working phone. Last time I used the phone in the office, but they're not there--I'm guessing due to the holiday. This phone does feel a little sturdier than the last phone I had (which is the same as the one before that) but the case and glass protector I got won't fit it because it's a totally different phone, so now I need to return those. Like previous phones, I do have the new one charging, as I can't do anything else with it. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get this process started--hopefully. "Lord willin' and the creek don't rise." my pastor used to say.

What kind of phone is it? Do you have a physical sim card, or esim?

It's called "Blu", and the other I haven't the faintest idea.

@xstitcher Well, when you power it on, it will walk you through basic set-up instructions. If you can follow instructions on-screen you should be fine. You also can look up the phone make and model on youtube and find step-by-step video toutorials on set up and other things.

I’m familiar with that saying, but definitely not the phone. Can I just say I admire that none of your phones have met their fates against the wall? Sure, it wouldn’t help your situation, but it sounds tempting.

There was a time when the phones would have met that fate--but thank the Lord that's changed, and besides, when I was growing up our phones were on the wall or on the counter.

Good luck with getting your phone up and running.
