One of the phone calls I was waiting for was from a man who did occupational evaluation for the Department of Rehabilitation. Once I was able to listen to my messages, I heard that I got a call from him, but it broke off partway through. I emailed the lady I've been corresponding with to let her know that I had a working phone now and had gotten a message--but not an entire message, and could she contact him and ask him to call me again? So, a while later I got a phone call. The man told me the date of my first appointment with him, and the appointments will go all next week. The appointments are for both assessment and training. The trouble is, they want me to be two towns over by 8 in the morning. Ugh. Well, I did it for the Coast guard job, (though that was here in town) so I can do it for this.
