I made the cookies but forgot to double the recipe like I was going to, and then didn't get the heat/time right or something. 
It's been a while since I tried baking.
The cookies are edible, just not very presentable (I was planning on taking them to church tonight for our potluck). Oh, well. I got the urge out. At least, as I said, they're edible.
Right now it's 3:15 p.m. I guess I should go for an afternoon walk and get the mail if it's there. When I get home, I'll change for church. Hope all is well with you in your part of my Lot land!

Don't feel bad I can't bake either, I made a pan of biscuits
1 time & they came out so hard the dog didn't even want
them that's when I didn't bake another thing & that's been
30+ yrs ago, hubby does all the baking.
