A little bit of a walk.

On the days where I actually feel decent, we have been trying to do some walking. When I feel good- I have been able to walk at least a mile or two and it helps with me feeling decent overall for the most part.
Today we stopped near Lake Jackson, in Florala, Alabama and did about a ten to fifteen minute walk. It wasn't as much as we usually do when we can, but it was something and something is better than nothing.
@FourWalls , have you ever stopped in Florala ?

I’ve stopped in Florala a few times, sure. Don’t know if I went to Lake Jackson, though. I’ll hit it next time.
