Love my new Toaster Oven

Tonight I made BBQ porkchops in the big oven...I used Smokehouse Maple seasoning from McCormack's, and of course their BBQ seasoning..then some Sweet Baby Ray's sauce on top. Cooked them on a cooling rack on top of a throw away pan. Then I made Augratin Potatoes (Idahoan Brand) potatoes in the Toaster Oven. My other toaster oven from the get go, could never get them totally done in the 25 minutes like the directions says. But the NEW Oven..they were ready right on time and no hard taters, everything soft and good. Had Collard greens with some Hot ChowChow on it. It was awesome! I just hope I can find some more of that brand of ChowChow. I looked at Walmart. but they didn't have it. I bought it at Piggly Wiggly, but it was in a buggy on sale and that usually means they are doing away with the item. But I have the brand name and we will find it somewhere. Best ChowChow I have ever had...not too hot..just the right zing!
