Chocolate Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies & Naughty-Naked Patty Melts

Made some fun food on a cold and crappy day. Snow, snow, and more snow. The Chocolate Pumpkin PB cookies could officially be keto if you decide to use artificial sweetener. I did not. I used brown sugar. These are perfect for Halloween time ! but since it’s more like late Oct. instead of March today, I figured what the who? Let’s do it. Might watch Halloween 1 & 2 later on tonight after work. As for the Naked Patty Melts, didn’t use any bread or buns for these guys, just fried up 4 hamburger patties, melted some Swiss and American cheese over them once fully-cooked, and fried up some slippery-slidey onions till they looked like little snakes and tossed ‘em on top. This ^^ would be ketovore, almost straight carnivore. (But the onions). Recipes — Chocolate Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies: 1 cup organic pumpkin purée 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) 3/4 cup organic light brown sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup organic crunchy peanut butter (watch for seed oils here!) 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp butter Pinch of salt Bake on greased (please use butter) baking pan at 325 for 15-20 minutes Naughty-Naked Patty Melts: 4 raw beef patties, high-fat if possible Butter for frying Organic/non-GMO or imported Swiss cheese, organic/non-GMO American or Cheddar cheese 1/8 onion Fry up the onion slices in a pot using butter until golden brown, while frying the beef patties. Then melt the cheeses on top of the patties by covering the pan with a lid, otherwise it will take 4-evahhhh. Then just throw on the onions and ur all done :) What’s for lunch today, and how’s your weather? Have a great weekend everyone

It was a great weekend, and now we’re well into Spring Break! There are so many cool ways to prepare ground beef. I just bought 2 lbs yesterday. Tonight, I’m gonna make some spaghetti sauce with it. Found some authentic pasta sauce made in Italy, and I’m gonna add in some chopped up green pepper, onions, fresh parsley, and organic mushrooms. Also bought some imported 85% potato gnocchi and that will go on the side. Maybe I’ll post discussion when it’s all said and done. Thnx @RasmaSandra Hope you had a great weekend too.
