Do you keep your phone, computer, television,or other devices on the highest brightness?
I read earlier that turning the brightness down can reduce blue light exposure, which is much healthier for your eyes. After my recent eye concerns, I am taking my eye health so much more seriously, and I respectfully advise others to do likewise.

I find my TV is too bright. I turned it down once already. Maybe I should turn it down more. Have a good week.
