Easter Food

What do y'all have for Easter Food? What's your favorite?
My mom makes a whole bunch of food! She makes Ham, green bean casserole, Yams, Funnerule potatoes, Roles, Maccoroni/potato salad, pies, pretzel salad, orange fluff, and so much other stuff.
My favorite is Funnerule potatoes

We had fish. By fish we mostly mean 'seafood' such as shrimp and octopus, but we had salmon too.
And my father was the one cooking, except for desserts. I don't recall what we had for dessert tho.

I did not celebrate easter. I was alone at home and ate well because on Saturday I had a visitor and had very good leftovers.
