There are almost 30 degrees Celsius in my room

Here summer came for a short while. I took a break here because I had some problems with my family. I want to be active here again. In my room, there are almost 30 degrees Celsius. I feel like I can't stay there anymore. I spent a lot of time in that room and now I can't stand it. I wonder if it's normal. Would you use A/C when there are 30 degrees Celsius? My brother always complains that it's too hot in my room.

I don't have an air conditioner. I wish I would have one because this heat makes me feel sick. Before I could tolerate the warm temperatures. But since I have severe anxiety I am very sensitive to extreme temperatures.

Being busy here helps a lot. I do the same when I am anxious. And it helps us earn something too. Do you have air conditioner?

I don´t have AC. In the middle of our summer, after noon, the temperature of the rooms in the second floor of my house could easily be 30° C . But it is a dry heat so it is better.

Do you use a fan? I have a fan, but it's useless.

I do not need it here in my city. Even if it is hot, the wind blows cooler than in other places in my country. It is a good point to live in the mountainous area.

@dya80dya You described  it well. I am just lucky that I was raised here.

I know that living in a mountainous area is better. The air is cleaner and summers aren't so hot.

30°C is hot but I can cope with a fan, I don't have A/C at home otherwise that'd be nice too. I hope things are going better with family.

I have a fan, we use it when there are 40 degrees Celsius. Now things improved a little. My mother talked to my father and at least he doesn't criticize me every day life before.

I think the same, but we don't have air conditioner. I will have to choose a different room.
