Changed up an Old Recipe

I have been cooking this recipe for several years, but decided it needed something different...SOOO..tonight instead of sauting breast meat, I put chicken Thighs in a pan of water, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let them boil till they were done, then deboned them and cut up the meat in small pieces. I put egg noodles in the water left over from the chicken, then cut up onions and a little garlic in a deep skillet. Cooked a few minutes, then added Walmart brand Alfredo sauce and frozen brocolli and simmered it until the noodles were done. Put garlic rolls in the toaster oven. Have to say using that chicken water/broth added some good flavor to the dish. Will be doing that again soon.
