Found the ChowChow

Was at WinnDixie the other day, and after I picked up some tomatoes, I passed by a display of what looked like canned goods. I stopped and looked at them..and what did I see? My Harvest ChowChow!!! They didn't have Hot, but had some Mild..Thought I would try it and if it isn't hot enough...add some juice or chopped up slices of a jar of Jalapenas. Harvest just has a better flavor than any ChowChow I have ever had. And getting it at WD, will be cheaper than ordering it from Amazon. 2 14.5oz jars are over $35..only $6.99 at WinnDixie.

I am happy for you that you found a great deal at Winn Dixie with the Harvest Chow Chow meal.

Not a meal...a jar...it is kind of like Relish, only different. LOL Put it on HotDogs, Collard Greens etc.

@Ghostlady Strange name. At first I thought of Puppy Chow, that yummy treat made out of Chex cereal. Then I thought of the dog.

ChowChow is kind of like a Relish, only different. Thinking it is made more out of banana peppers. I know it is a lighter color than relish. Never knew about it till I moved down here. Thinking it is more a Southern thing.
