The sun is shining, George is out in it. Both of us have taken our meds. I have the wash going. So far this Monday is turning out wounderful. Chilly needs his breakfast, which he'll get after this post. I feel so accomplished. I even remembered to put the soap in before I started the washer.

It’s a lovely day here as well, and I’ll enjoy another walk outside before the weather forces me back to the gym for the rest of the week. Y’all have a great day!

Go ahead. George is spending most days outdoors, himself. he loves the days like this. In shorts and a t-shirt.
