Dubai's flood caused 19 deaths

The flooding of several cities in the UAE resulted in the loss of 19 lives with many cars and other properties damaged. The first flood in the country in the last 75 years where a year's rain came down in one day. Hopefully the country can learn from this and make better plans.

That is awful. The goverment should not mess with the wheather and mother nature. This has but Dubi in Jepordy. There are something things that the govement and scientist should not mess with. This actually makes me upset to think because of there experiments peoples whole lives are in endanger. I know they say there where just trying to make a dry place have more rain but it turned into a disaster. I live in Las Vegas and I hope they dont mess with us as I know we are a dry climate.

You are right, and I heard cloud seeding was banned in USA some years back.
