Will Dubai's cloud seeding technology wreck more havoc or favor the UAE?

There has been good reports about the cloud seeding technology where crystals of salts are thrown in the clouds to induce rain. Until the recent flooding where a year's rainfall fell in one day, it appears the cloud seeding technology will have to be done under more careful control.

@dya80dya Well, considering they are 'unseen', and we do not know what they look like exactly, we can only imagine. I believe they are cruel.
