Chatting a form of cheating?

Would you consider chatting to the same person on an on going basis cheating?

no actually chatting with a person online is not at all cheating but to fall as a prey to him does call it cheating..
i say u to chat but u dont reveal ur details to him at anycost...tat would make it safe chatting
if at all u share a long peroid of virtual friendship and are confident tat the other person does not cheat then u can meet him but not alone go among with friends to meat her/him tat would be safe...
infact i think chatting is a way to build our network and also our communication with the strangers...

It all depends how you are chatting. You are becomming attached to talking to this person, then yes it could be cheating. Cheating can be on an emotional level as well as on a physical level. As long as you dont get emotionally attached to the person you are talking with they it wouldnt be cehating

I only think it is cheating if you want it to be more than friends and are acting in an inappropriate way. I think it is great to have friends, but if you want to take it to the next level then, I think it is.

If you share with that person more thoughts than with your partner AND you withhold that information ( the chatting itself) from your partner - YES I consider that cheating..

No I do not believe chatting would be considered cheating, but it also depends on the type of chatting you are doing. If there is something you are trying to hide, then that maybe a different story.
