Today I had poppy seed paste with turai.

In Bengal jhinge posto is a very tasty dish. It is eaten with rice. Posto means the poppy seed paste. The paste is mixed with the vegetable turai which is called jhinge in bengali and rice. It has delicious taste and potatoes can added in the dish.
