There was nothing...

I only took about a 12-minute walk out there. It's hot.
Went to the mailbox, but nothing was in there. I went around to the front of the complex and as I was coming back in, I saw the mailman putting mail in one of the mailbox banks near the front. I went up and asked if he'd been to the back, and he said something about having been to the "One hundred block and Two hundred block". At first I wasn't sure what that meant, but I think the mailbox banks are all done by the numbers, and I am, if I understood what he was saying, on the "Six hundred block" (my apartment starts with six) so I'll wait a while and try again. Maybe around 5:30 I'll check.
Hopefully by then it will be cooler. When I got home from my little walk I saw on my computer that it was 80° F. Yikes.
So, I won't be out again for a while. I still need to water the plants, but I want to wait until it cools down.
I hope that your morning/afternoon/evening/etc. has gone well in your part of myLot land!

Both times I drove past the mail box today, I totally forgot to check. Which is annoying- I'm expecting a new debit card and a package from PinchMe. But it'll still be there tomorrow.

]We've been getting 90 degree days here. so yes, I know. 80, it's hot. And, yes. I have lived in several apartment complexes. We had mailbox banks. so, if your apartment number starts with 6, then your in the 600 block.
