Green mango jam

I had written about the green mangoes that were harvested giving no hopes for them to ripen. After making the jelly dessert I browsed YouTube for anything else that I can make and I found a recipe for making unripe mango jam. I find the recipe easy and will perhaps work on it today. Wish me luck

The recipe is talking about extremely sour mangoes but ours are not Keeping my fingers crossed
