Blood transfusion scandal in the UK caused 3,000 deaths

There was massive blood transfussion issue in the UK between 1970 and 1991, and the problem led to the death of 30,000+ people infected with various diseases like HIV and Hepatitis and leading to the death of more than 3000 people. The destruction of documents and many other evidences has made matters worst.

That's how the govt gets rid of people when there's too many to care for just like to C-19 virus, & the thing is THEY can GET AWAY with it.

That's clearly one hell of a mismanagement there. They should have been more strict on the health records of each and every donor.
