I realised that my fridge isn't working

It's peak summer in my city & suddenly I realised that my fridge isn't working properly. There's cooling problem, as a result ice formation is affected. Ice-cream has melted and water bottles isn't cooling.
I've to call the service guys from Whirlpool tomorrow...not sure if they would turn up on a Sunday or not. But somehow, I have to fix this at the earliest.

I am also using whirlpool brand though there would be a delay of one or two days, you'll get it sorted soon.
