What’s the most unusual food you’ve ever tried?

For me , it has been Duck meat! While enjoying a vacation at Singapore , I decided to try duck meat. It was rubbery but was ok to eat. For some this may not sound unusual, well I was a vegetarian for a long time , so any meat other than fish or meat is unusual for me(even now). What's yours?

Years ago my mother in law cooked some poke salad. It's a leafy green veggie, but it grows wild. I decided I wasn't going to eat anything that grew in a ditch unless I were actually starving.
