Ever heard of Muchausen Syndrome? It's almost similar to Pseudocyesis, a mental disorder that relates to the swollen belly. Anyway, the only difference between these two is that the person with this illness convince herself/himself and others the things she have or don't have by trying to make it all real even if she/he herself/himself know that it is not true. That's one tiring illness, like you have to make everything convincing to be what it is.
