Heat Wave time!

June just started and we are hit with a heat wave! 34 C that is 94 F This was a big jump from yesterday's nice and cool weather. So that's why I always check the phone in the morning before going out to work.
Did the Summertime weather hit your area yet?

Stay cool and hydrated. It is still hot in the Philippines. We do sweat a lot because of the weather. How do you usually beat the heat?

I drink ice water and sit by the open window that faces the North. So most likely the air will be cooler as it comes in the window.

@lifecoachjerusalem That sounds like a perfect way to keep cool, Rachael! Utilizing the cooler air from the north can really make a difference. Ice water is always a good go-to as well. Thanks for sharing your tips—staying comfortable in the heat is so important!

We just officially got our summertime done. It was a mega heat wave. Should say it was suffocating to get out at 40C. Just plain tired by end of day. Felt drinking more water than food. It was worse at night, as you need good cooling system to keep the room cool. Life in some ways were similar to covid times as most chose to stay indoors. Not sure what the Govt and the scientists need to do to take care of the situations in future.

Wow that is very hot! I hope that it never gets to be 40 C in Israel. Sometimes in August we get up to 38 C so I have an inkling of what it feels like. I get tired of drinking water, but one has to do it!
