Sound like good choices!
Have you got to eat "Palak Paneer" or any "Tandoori" variety?

That sounds healthy and yummy too..Ghee on hot rice or chapati adds so much of taste and flavour to the food.

Pepebhate sounds interesting!
What are the spices used?
Are they added liberally or in moderation.
Many dishes' taste gets enhanced with the addition of Ghee.

It's fascinating how different cultures prepare their food! Mixing vegetables with rice in a boiled form must create some delicious and unique flavors. Adding ghee to the rice sounds like it would add a rich and savory taste.
