I need to get the bread started

because it takes three hours.
I'm using the bread machine, although I prefer the taste and texture of kneaded hand-made bread.
but I'm tired and I'll be happy just to get that much done.
I have a lot of cooking I want o do today, I hope I can manage it.
baby steps.

No cooking here. Meals on Wheels will be here between 11 and 11:45.

Nothing better than homemade bread, with or without the machine. I make bread both ways from time to time.
We are having homemade vegetable soup for dinner.
