I never diet and eat the normal food which invariably includes sugary stuff. But in the last couple of months I have been drinking indigo butterfly pea flower tea and going by what I have read about this tea it also helps reduce weight I therefore think I should give credit to this unassuming humble flower tea Image credit: What's your approach to reduce weight?

@allknowing It's wonderful to hear that you're hopeful about the tea's benefits! Sometimes, believing in something positive can already contribute to its effectiveness. Enjoy your tea and stay hopeful!

Oh wow I am now going to look for that tea over here. I go to the gym but with PCOS it is hard to lose weight. Hormone pills have improved my bloating and weight gain these days.

@flapiz You should. Lots of things that grow in Asia grow in the UK too.

Interesting, maybe I should take that too I think I also need to shed some fats here and there. I just hope I can find those teas if they are available here in my place.

I think I saw a butterfly pea plant when I saw the picture of it. I guess I just need to look for the plant itself or find a good commercial tea that contains it.

That's good you have an easy way to lose weights. I don't need to lose weights since I am slim. It is just gene, I guess. I have no problem with my weights no matter how much I eat.

This is nice just as I can eat any amount of sugary stuff and that does not affect my blood sugar. (lol)

Well, that's interesting information I was not ever of. For me, diet control is the age technique of workouts and food portion control. It works for the timeframe I choose, and later circle back to old lifestyles and no workouts. It has been vicious circle of doing things without doing them well. Guess, need to rework on that strategy. Thanks for sharing.
