The place stinks... / myLot

The garbage disposal in my apartment is not working, and whatever's in there reeks. I tried calling for maintenance to come via their website, but it wouldn't let me in. I tried calling the office, but no one was there and the sign said they'd be back at three. Sigh. At least that's only half an hour away. I'd open the windows, but it's too hot, and I don't want to let all of the heat in.

I sprayed the sink with Lysol disinfectant, hopefully that will help a bit. Hope you are all having a good (and non-stinky) morning/afternoon/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !

The cat food I wasn't able to get to before we had to leave today stunk when I got home. But, I have time now to deal with it.

It's nice to be able to deal with it. Fortunately I was able to call the office, and they sent a work order in.

We don’t have garbage disposals, but from your description, I’m thinking that isn’t a terrible thing. I can imagine the smell is quite putrid.

I sprayed some Lysol in there--I think it helped.
