Last Night's Pain

I couldn't help the pain that suddenly shot up on my temple. I could feel it throbbing, and it really hurt when I try to open my eyes. I don't know what really caused it. I was okay when I arrived home and while eating dinner. The pain suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I wonder if it's all the screentime I had yesterday at work, or maybe one of those migraines which I haven't had since after I took the bar exams.

I am so sorry to hear you had such pain. As a migraineur, I can empathize with that. You are correct. It may be a migraine, but it could also be a sinus headache, tension headache, or what is called an ice pick headache. I get them, too. I hope you figured it out, got the help you needed, and haven't had another since.

Hey. Thanks so much for responding. I figured that what happened might have been a migraine. It may have shot up due to too kuch screentime at work and less water intake.

@HaruLoid That could be. But, given the sudden onset and location of that pain, please see your doctor if any other symptoms such as fever, visual changes, or persistent or worsening pain exist.
