HULU troubles

I was watching CSI NY, and playing a game, I didn't hear anyone talking, so I turned around to see what was going on. HULU signed me out, and asked me to sign back in. I tried, but I haven't had to sign in in over a year. LOL I had 2 different passwords, tried both..went on line, and could not enter the code they sent me. Could not find the page to put it on. Went to Chat with Agent, and Edward fixed everything...for a while...I was back watching CSI:NY right when the next episode started..it went off again. This time I talked to Carl..he had me uninstall Hulu and reinstall it. Seems to be working. The Edward and Carl were very nice and helpful. So hoping this is the end of the problem. ..Always something...LOL! Everyone have a good Night.
