My goal was since I had to stay up all night I would just stay up all day and change my late night routine. LOL Well that worked until about Noon. Felt like if I didn't lay down I was going to just pass out. Thank goodness I recorded General Hospital.
My whole routine was messed up..but I DID remember to take my morning meds. I woke up about 2:30pm.
Didn't thaw out anything for supper, so tonight we had Tuna Salad Sandwiches. Haven't done that in a While. I even took a serving out of the main bowl and put Jalapeno cubes in it. Next time I will put more...could hardly tell..wasn't hot at all.
Looking forward to tomorrow and getting into a routine again with maybe a few changes. Everyone have a Great Weekend. Happy Flag Day!

I've done that B-4 & it works for a little while but since my last
health issues I went through I just do what I can when I can
cause my sugar is all over the place through out the day.
Tuna is a good meal to have when you really don't feel like
cooking, it's easy & fast to make & not a lot to clean up after.

If you don't mind me asking what do you take for your diabetes? You might have told me, but I am bad on memory. LOL I can remember 10 years ago, but in a few minutes I can't remember if I actually Did something or just thought about doing it. So grateful, that my diabetes isn't really bad. I have a friend in KY that I grew up with who has had diabetes for decades, and I cringe everytime I hear her tell me something she had for supper or for a snack. But it seems to be working for her. I personally try to eat good food, and I get out and about atleast 3 days a week. She rarely leaves the house. Anyway as she says everyone is different...and Diabetes is different with everyone that is why it is hard to cure.
