What a shame...

I just read that a company--Mrs. Grossman's sticker factory--is moving from here in Petaluma to Utah. 
When I was a kid, sticker collecting was a "thing", and most of the stickers we had were Mrs. Grossman's. They're good quality, and so many different kinds to choose from. I even won a bicycle when a store downtown that sold them (which sadly is no longer there either), the Handcrafter, had a contest for kids to make pictures with Mrs. Grossman's stickers.
The news clip said something about everyone using emojis now and such, and thankfully, Mrs. Grossman's stickers will still be available online, but it's sad. Like a friend said once years ago when a block of stores and restaraunts was being torn down,
"There goes another part of my childhood."

I can relate to what you are going through since there are a lot of changes in my former neighborhood of La Boca Panama that changed like the local college moving from La Boca to the City Of Knowledge which used to be Fort Clayton and the bowling alley closing and becoming a cafe.

@xstitcher I thought about throwing them some business, but I was told in no uncertain terms my nieces and nephew have been banned from having stickers. I don’t know what happened, but it must have been bad!
